Ingredients

* 2 cups roasted peanuts (skin removed)

* ½ cup roasted sesame seeds

* 1 cup grated jaggery

Method

Step 1: Roast the Ingredients

Dry roast the peanuts until crisp. Cool completely and remove the skins.

Dry roast the sesame seeds until they start popping slightly.

Step 2: Grind

Grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder.

Pulse the sesame seeds lightly.

Mix both together.

Step 3: Add Jaggery

Add grated jaggery and cardamom powder.

Grind or mix until the jaggery blends well with the peanut mixture.

Step 4: Add Ghee

Add 2-3 teaspoons of warm ghee.

Mix everything thoroughly.


Step 5: Shape the Laddus

Take a handful of the mixture and

press firmly to form round laddus.

If the mixture feels dry, add another teaspoon of warm ghee.

Step 6: Cool and Store

Allow the laddus to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.
