* 1/2 raw Totapuri mango (grated)

* 1 onion (finely chopped)

* 4 green chilies

* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

* 1 tablespoon chana dal

* 1 tablespoon toor dal

* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Preparation Method

Step 1: Prepare the Rice

Cook the rice and allow it to cool completely. The rice grains should remain separate and not become mushy.

Step 2: Grate the Mango

Wash and peel the raw mango. Grate it and keep it aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Tempering

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
