* 5–6 paneer cubes
* 2 tablespoons peanuts
* 4 green chilies
* 6–7 garlic cloves
* A pinch of cumin seeds
* Fresh coriander leaves
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp oil or ghee
🍳 Preparation Method
1. Heat a pan and dry roast peanuts, garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds, and a little salt.
2. Roast until they turn golden and aromatic.
3. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool.
4. Transfer to a mixer and add fresh coriander leaves.
5. Grind it into a **coarse (rough) paste** – do not make it smooth.
🧀 Cooking the Paneer
