🥒 Cucumber Boat Recipe | No-Cook Healthy Snack

🥗 Ingredients:

*1 fresh cucumber

*1 medium onion (finely chopped)

*1 tomato (finely chopped)

*Chilli flakes (as per taste)

*Chaat masala (as per taste)

*Salt (as per taste)

*Coriander leaves (chopped)

*Roasted peanuts (for crunch)

*Mixture / Sev (for extra crunch)

*Lemon juice (optional)



👩‍🍳 Method:

1.Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into two halves.

2.Slightly scoop out the seeds to create a “boat” shape.

3.In a bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, chilli flakes, chaat masala, and salt.

4.Mix everything well.

5.Add coriander leaves and mix again.

(Optional) 

6.Add lemon juice if available.

7.Fill this mixture into the cucumber boats.

8.Top with roasted peanuts and sev for extra crunch.
