Quick&helathy paneer masala curry
Hello everyone! Today I’m going to show you how to make my **special Paneer Masala** at home. It’s very simple, delicious, and full of flavor.
First, take **200 grams of paneer** and cut it into cubes. In a pan, add a little oil and fry the paneer with **red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and a little salt**. Fry it until the paneer turns **light golden**. Once done, keep it aside.
Now let’s prepare the **masala base**. Take **2 medium onions, 1 tomato, 2 green chillies, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, and 6 to 7 cashews**. Fry all of them together in a pan for a few minutes. After it cools down, blend everything into a **smooth paste**.
Next, heat some **mustard oil** in a pan. Add whole spices like **cardamom and bay leaf** and sauté them for a few seconds. Then add some chopped onion and fry until it becomes slightly golden.
Now add the **masala paste** we prepared and cook it for about **2 minutes**. When the oil starts separating from the masala, add **2 tablespoons of curd** and mix it well. This will give the gravy a rich and creamy taste.
Add the **fried paneer cubes** and cook everything together for about **10 minutes** so the paneer absorbs all the flavors.
Finally, garnish with **fresh coriander leaves** and add a little **kasuri methi** for a wonderful aroma.
And that’s it! ** special Paneer Masala is ready.** Serve it hot with **roti, naan, chapati rice**.

Mouth watering 🥰
